Parameters of triple layer roof sheet roll forming machine:

1. Raw material

Processing Material: Aluminum, ppgi gi sheet /coil (Q234&Q345)

Material Thickness: 0.18-0.7mm

Feeding Width: 800-1450mm

2. Main Forming Machine

Feeding plat: Advanced feeding device, ensure beautiful appearance and well use.

Frame: Main supporter adopts 350H steel

Steps/shaft:

Forming needs about 14 main stations, main shaft is 70mm 45#steel,quenched

Roller:

Rollers adopt 45#steel,surface chrome 0.03-0.05mm, Hard chrome mirror polishing, ensure roller smooth. Spacers must lathe inner holes, and do Chrome plating;

Chain:

Transfer method adopts 1.0 inch chains

Speed:

Design forming speed is 15m/min, working speed ensure 1-3m/min for glazed tile. Main Motor 5.5Kw

3. Cutting System

Knife:

1. Upper and down knife is Steel welding type,ensure steel thickness and welding quality;

2. Cutter blade: thickness 20mm

3. Lower knife holder is well fit to the main frame, material can drop down after cutting.

Motor: 3Kw motor for cutting

4. Control System

Power:

380V, 3Phase, 50Hz

Touch Screen:

1. Delta Touch Screen

2. First page of touch screen will show Buyer`s company information, can input 20 sets production data

5. Other Requirements

Language:

All operation, instruction text adopt English

Appearance:

All solder joints need to be polished smoothly, and the paint must be applied after scraping the mud to ensure a beautiful appearance.
