--Feeding flat

1. Advanced beak type,ensure beautiful appearance and well use

2. Equipped with manual pre-cutting device to avoid waste of coil.

--Main forming machine

1. Main supporter adopts 350H steel

2. Forming needs about 15 main stations,

main shaft is 70mm 45#steel,quenched

1. Rollers adopt 45#steel,surface chrome 0.03-0.05mm,

Hard chrome mirror polishing, ensure roller smooth.

Spacers must lathe inner holes, and do Chrome plating;

2. Transfer method adopts 1.0 inch chains
